Before the concept was finalized for Kissed By KC, we knew we were going to donate a portion of our profits to charities that are near and dear to us. Our first and obvious choice is the National Kidney Foundation. In 2007, statistics indicated that more than 26 million Americans suffer from chronic kidney disease. Our goal is to help reduce this number by spreading awareness through our newsletters and making donations in support of research for better methods to treat this insidious disease that continues to affect so many.

We are striving to educate about the importance of total wellbeing as well as spreading the word regarding giving back. To support this effort, we will donate to other organizations as our company grows. NATIONAL KIDNEY FOUNDATION
The National Kidney Foundation, Inc (NKF)., is the major voluntary health organization dedicated to preventing kidney disease, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney disease and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation. The NKF achieves life-saving results today through the contributions of a generous public including participation in NKF signature initiatives such as the Kidney Cars Vehicle Donation program, Kidney Walks and the NKF Golf Classic.
