Shipping Time:
Kissed By KC will ship orders as the orders are placed. Orders are generally filled within 48–72 hours and shipped within a week. If an item is out of stock; we will notify you immediately and provide you the option to select another item or cancel the order. We make no time guarantee if rush service is not selected On average, customers expect a 4–7 day delivery time except for especially large orders.
Shipping Methods:
Candles will be shipped using Ground Service via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified.
Damaged Shipments:
We will assure that each candle order is packaged carefully and clearly marked FRAGILE. In the event that your package arrives damaged, we will work with you to rectify the claim. We can not be held liable for damages caused by couriers.
Return/Exchange Merchandise Policy:
Kissed By KC will only accept returns due to an error on our end, i.e., you received merchandise that you did not order. If you are unhappy with a scent selection, we may exchange it. It is imperative that you contact customer service by phone: 888-331-3544 or email info@kissedbykc.com, within 10 days if you are unsatisfied with any item.
All returns must include candle in its original packaging and the original invoice. There will be a 20% restocking fee if, after the exchange, you are not satisfied and wish to return your products. Allow up to 7 days for refund to appear on your credit card.
